What is The Pill Base Camp?
The The Pill Base Camp is an EXPO where the most important brands in the running and outdoor world, carefully selected by The Pill, present and offer the chance to test the new products for the next season. Presentations, antecedents, experiences, product tests, clinics and workshops but not only that, also relaxing moments over a beer where you can share your passion for running and outdoor.
In the winter editions of Sestriere and Folgaria the focus is Skiing, Snowboarding and all the equipment that goes with it such as clothing, backpacks, safety systems and equipment. For the Summer edition in Milan, on the other hand, focus on Running, Trail Running, Hiking, Climbing with ample space for footwear, backpacks, clothing and equipment.
The Pill Base Camp creates an opportunity for positive dialogue between brands, stores and enthusiasts, from which new connections can be made or existing ones strengthened. In a market where products are in danger of all looking the same, it is an opportunity to introduce and learn about new products, test them in the field, but most importantly, a chance to tell and discover the ethical values of the brands and the people behind them.

Location BASE Milano
In recent years, Milan has been increasingly contaminated by the outdoor world. Numerous running, trail, climbing and mountaineering crews in the city.
Even more numerous is the presence of brands, agencies and media that consistently organize events, presentations and experiences. The event will take place in an indoor setting at the BASE in Milan at 34 Via Bergognone, in the heart of the streets that host fashion week and design week throughout the year.
Not only Expo but also tests, workshops and experiences
Milan despite being a metropolis offers ample space for the desire for outdoor activities, from Monte Stella for Trail running, to Navigli or Parco Sempione for road running.
There are numerous indoor climbing gyms in the city, the 5 most famous of which can be recognized as Urban Wall, RockSpot, FantasyClimbing, Manga Climbing and Big Wall. In the afternoon these locations will be used to
organize TESTS, experiences, workshops, screenings, talks and much more.

Trail Running Session Monte Stella
A short and intense trail with 2km loops on gravel with a few meters of elevation gain, retrieve TEST shoes at the fair from your favorite brands, bring them with you and the entire event community test them until sunset. Then? A few cold beers is some music.
